(New) Product Development - We can assist you in developing your product and manufacturing it on a large scale, regardless of whether you have an existing recipe or a fresh idea for a new product.


Packaging - We can pack products in a variety of formats and sizes and offer a variety of packaging combinations. If we don't already have a pre-made solution for you, we may assist you in finding packaging that will work for you.


Quality - Our approach for ensuring quality ensures complete traceability from raw materials to finished goods. As part of our manufacturing processes, we segregate and can test for allergens and adhere to tight quality controls.


We provide supply chain management to all of our clients. Customers must submit regular forecasts and purchase orders in order for us to handle the rest. We obtain the packaging and raw materials, produce the product, and deliver it.

PRODUCTION FACILITIES

Country Cuisine works in accordance with the Australia and New Zealand Food Authority's Food Standards Code. We have a HACCP Food Safety System audit and accreditation.


We have put the HACCP system into place as part of our continued commitment to food safety and quality. It is a methodical strategy to identifying certain hazards and preventative steps to guarantee the safety and quality of food.

So HOW DOES IT WORK?

  • Once we have had a chat about your product or ideas in general, and if we have capacity to manufacture what you are ​looking for, we both sign a confidentiality agreement.


  • Then we can freely discuss recipes (scale existing ones up or develop new ones), packaging, labelling and volumes ​(or MOQ’s) so we can give you a quote.


  • We can then make samples to make sure you're happy with the final product.


  • Once all these hurdles are crossed, you give us a purchase order and we will plan in production for you. It’s that ​simple.


  • We are always looking for a tailored solution, so at the end of the day, the steps described are only a guideline to help ​us find the best solution for your company.
