Pasteurisation of products takes place in steaming/convection oven where temperature and timing can be automatically set.

HACCP

Country Cuisine operates to ANZFA Food Standards Code. We are audited and accredited under HACCP Food Safety System.

Product Testing

Currently we undertake our own shelf life testing and utilize the services of AWTA Ltd in Melbourne for other testing as we consider it appropriate.
